5k and 1 Mile
Course
The course starts and finishes at Raab Park and takes runners onto city roads and neighborhoods that surround the park. There are wide shoulders on Lincoln Ave for safe passing. The course will be well marked (including mile markers), monitored at intersections and will have one water station. Please follow road safety and etiquette. This course will be USATF certified before race day.

Parking
Parking at park is designated for event volunteers and participants on a first come basis. Priority will be given to those who require special assistance. Participant parking is also available at North Kitsap High School on the corner of Hostmark & Caldart Ave NE. Do not park on Caldart leading to Raab Park. Please follow the No Parking Zones, you will get ticketed. If you park in the surrounding neighborhoods, please be courteous and mindful of driveways.

Beneficiaries
Fish Line and Lutheran House Food Banks & Troop 1571.
A portion of proceeds will go to the Fish Line and Lutheran House food banks to stock their inventories and help give aid to those in need in our community. Canned food donations will be welcomed. A drop station will be provided.*Canned food donations such as canned fruit or meat items (tuna fish, spam, chicken) are especially appreciated.
We have added RedeemingSoles.org to our event this year. We will be collecting gently used shoes of all kinds at our event. These shoes will be distributed to those in need in the Puget Sound Area.
The remainder of the proceeds will go towards the purchase of new equipment and supplies for our scout’s outdoor activities. We are proud to celebrate our 80 year heritage in Poulsbo and 100 years of Boy Scouting in the United States of America. Please join our celebration!
